Vacation Care

Will be held at St Mary’s Primary School

Hours are from 8am to 6pm

Enrolment for vacation care

    All children from St Mary’s Primary School and their FAMILY AND FRIENDS may attend                              

 Requirements: All bookings need to be returned with booking form and also an Enrolment form to Ridge St Kids Club needs to be filled out.

No cash will be taken for fees. Direct debit or credit card is required via a company called Ezi Debit.

Parents please fill out the centre booking form and hand back to me to make your bookings.

Cost when at school $60 before the discount date. $65 After the discount date.

Cost for excursion or incursion days $75 before the discount date. $80 after the diccount date.  

Fees:  From Feedback from parents and also to help with casual bookings for Vacation Care, fees will be done the same as normal term Fees. Fees will be charged on Monday in arrears.

Food: Lunches and afternoon teas will be provided on days that we are at the school, but not on excursions.

Water: Please make sure your child has a water bottle.

Clothing: Please make sure all children have hats and jumpers for the day. No sandals or thongs. Please make sure the children have sandshoes. Also we do have sunscreen but if your child has special cream please provide.

Medication: If your child needs medicine during the day please provide directions and medicine.

Child care rebate and tax brake: To claim the tax break you need to be registered with Centre/ link for Vacation Care. Once you register you will be given a Vacation Care CRN number I will need this number and parents CRN number.

Normal late fees will apply if collected after 6pm. $15 if collected after 6pm to 6.15pm and  $30 between 6.15pm and 6.30pm per child.
